Join us for the final month of Care Without Barriers, a community health literacy program designed to help individuals and families navigate the healthcare system with confidence.
This last session, Putting It All Together, brings together everything participants have learned throughout the program. We will review key topics from previous workshops, share helpful community resources and provide an opportunity to ask questions with a community health worker.
Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or are joining us for the first time, this workshop provides practical information, valuable resources, and guidance to help you make informed healthcare decisions and connect with the services available to you.
