Why Antioxidants + Sprouts?

Every day, our bodies are exposed to environmental stress—from pollution to poor diet. This leads to oxidative stress, which accelerates aging and disease.

Sprouts are a concentrated source of:

  • Sulforaphane (a potent compound found in broccoli/radish sprouts)
  • Vitamins C & E
  • Polyphenols and flavonoids
  • Digestive enzymes and plant proteins

These nutrients help your body:

✅ Neutralize free radicals
✅ Reduce inflammation
✅ Support detox and immune function
✅ Lower risk of chronic illnesses
