Sales Associate

As part of our sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to experience what it’s
like to operate your own store with the help of the rest of our team. As such, the candidate
we are looking for must bring an entrepreneurial mindset and take pride in their
performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products
  offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
• Partake in our marketing goals and create content for social media.
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Knowledge of the Sneaker and Streetwear industry.
• Knowledge of how to use social media.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
