Opeyemi has a BSc in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Business Administration with over 14 years of banking experience across various departments ranging from Customer services, Treasury and Investment Services, Branch Administration and Relationship Management. She is pursuing a post-graduate degree in Non-profit/Public/Organizational Management.

Ashley Francis works as a Community Development Worker for SCAN and is also pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Legal Studies and Sociology.
Obie Agusiegbe
MSc, EP, President and Executive Director
Obie is the founder of SCAN and is a certified environmental professional under ECO Canada with over 18 years of experience in many sectors within the environmental management and sustainability stream. She is the CEO of EnvironFocus, a sustainability services firm that aims to improve the performance of sustainable development initiatives for communities in need in Canada and across the globe.
Elena Edo
Community Development Worker
Elena Edo holds a masters in sustainable development practice with a specialization in climate change from the University of waterloo. Her research interests include climate change adaptation and vulnerability assessments, disaster risk management, nature-based solutions, urban sustainability, energy poverty, and clean growth. She is an advocate of BIPOC, low-income, and disability communities and is committed to promoting just and equitable climate policy through inclusive decision-making processes
